Learning & Development Project Officer

  • $88,528.02 per year plus 12% superannuation
  • 6 weeks annual leave
  • 15 personal days

  • A people-centred professional who enjoys providing advice and support to staff and managers and building strong working relationships across a diverse organisation.
  • An organised and agile contributor who can manage multiple priorities, coordinate providers, and ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned to organisational priorities.

About YOU

If you are keen to further your career in the Learning and Development space and are eager to:

  • Deliver impactful initiatives - Run and support projects such as Employee Awards, Study Assistance and professional development initiatives from planning through to delivery, ensuring timely, high-standard delivery backed by strong data management and reporting.
  • Support the creation of engaging learning experiences - Work with subject matter experts and support the Capability and Learning Team in developing and rolling out quality online and face-to-face learning that is accessible, contemporary and meaningful.
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment - Bring a solution-focused mindset to a fast-paced environment, providing operational support and contributing to a positive learning culture that drives professional growth.
  • Provide excellent customer service across diverse stakeholders - Build positive, professional relationships with staff at all levels by actively listening, understanding needs, and responding with clear, practical and people-focused solutions.
  • Leverage systems and data to support decisions - Confidently use learning systems and reporting tools to support LMS administration, compliance tracking and continuous improvement, with a strong eye for detail and data integrity.
