- Deliver impactful initiatives - Run and support projects such as Employee Awards, Study Assistance and professional development initiatives from planning through to delivery, ensuring timely, high-standard delivery backed by strong data management and reporting.
- Support the creation of engaging learning experiences - Work with subject matter experts and support the Capability and Learning Team in developing and rolling out quality online and face-to-face learning that is accessible, contemporary and meaningful.

- Leverage systems and data to support decisions - Confidently use learning systems and reporting tools to support LMS administration, compliance tracking and continuous improvement, with a strong eye for detail and data integrity.
