Business Process Improvement Specialist

We currently have a Business Process Improvement Specialist opportunity, and we are seeking an innovative, passionate, and progressive individual to oversee and facilitate the information technologies business improvement processes. Operating within a dynamic structure coupled with a high-performance culture, this position will be reporting directly to the Executive Manager Innovation & Information Services.
The successful applicant will be required to manage process improvement initiatives and deliverables that support business objectives to deliver business systems and innovative digital solutions that are robust, scalable, and meet the future needs of Council.
The successful applicant will be required to develop and deliver IT workshops and training activities to internal stakeholders and provide and deliver advice to management, advisory groups and council on business process improvement, innovations, and projects.
To be successful you must have a proven high level of interpersonal and collaboration ability with excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and report development skills.
To be consider for this role, you will have a:
- Minimum of Diploma in Systems/Business Analysis, ICT, Project Management or similar supported by appropriate industry experience and training.
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in an equivalent role within ICT service delivery.

This position has a commencing base salary of $107,801 which is negotiable depending on skills, knowledge, and experience.
