  • 6 weeks Annual Leave and 3 weeks Personal/Carers Leave
  • 7.25 hours per day

An opportunity has become available to join the Technical Services as a Senior Design Officer, to start next year!

About the Opportunity:

Reporting to the Senior Coordinator Design, this position will provide assistance, advice and support to the Technical Services Program Area to ensure delivery of engineering designs of capital projects including civil works, asset renewals, leisure and recreation assets and other projects. This role will actively participate in cost effective technical investigations and in the development of design documentation, for civil works and assist/supervise the services of contractors as required.

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • A Diploma in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) and a minimum of five years' experience in a similar position.
  • General Construction Industry - White Card (or have the ability to obtain one)
  • Class C Driver Licence
  • Demonstrated experience of coaching others in job skills
