Do you have minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a customer service role?

Can you describe a time when you led, mentored, or supported a customer service team? What strategies did you use to motivate the team and ensure high-quality service delivery?

Can you provide an example of a time when you demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills while maintaining confidentiality?
