Can you describe a situation where you conducted a regulatory or workplace investigation? Outline the steps you took to gather information, assess evidence, and reach a conclusion. How did you ensure procedural fairness and compliance with relevant legislation or policies?

9. SELECTION CRITERIA :
Provide an example of how you have supported and mentored colleagues or team members to build a collaborative and high-performing team. How did you approach the situation, and what was the impact on the team and the wider organisation?
