Do you hold a Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Community Services/Social Work/Mental Health or similar and / or equivalent experience or qualifications.

6. Prerequisites:
Do you have a minimum of 3 years' experience in delivering services to vulnerable people in particular people experiencing or at risk of homelessness or mental health illness?

7. Prerequisites:
Do hold a valid NT Working With Children check (Ochre card)?

8. Selection Criteria:
Outline a program or initiative you have developed and implemented to respond to the needs of vulnerable people. Include your experience in building strong referral pathways with community organisations and key stakeholders.

9. Selection Criteria Team Collaboration:
Provide an example of how you have used your communication skills to engage with people with vulnerable members of the community. Additionally, describe a situation where you successfully used de-escalation techniques during an incident to maintain a safe environment.

10. Selection Criteria:
Describe a time when you identified staff learning needs related to working with vulnerable people (such as those experiencing homelessness, disability, or chronic mental illness). How did you contribute to developing or delivering training that supported staff to engage respectfully and safely?
