7. Qualifications:
Do you have at least Diploma in a human centred discipline such as sociology, history, education or community development

8. Professional Background:
Please indicate your level of experience managing complex projects.

9. SELECTION CRITERIA:
Provide examples demonstrating your knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and the social issues experienced by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

10. EXPERIENCE:
Please provide a brief summary of your experience in managing complex projects including undertaking research; analytical and problem-solving skills; strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to meet deadlines; and project monitoring and evaluation.

11. STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT:
Please provide examples of your developed interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in an environment that includes stakeholders from varying ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
