10. SELECTION CRITERIA :
Describe your experience managing complex infrastructure or capital works projects from planning through to delivery, in your response, outline your approach to governance, contractor management, budget and schedule control, and how you ensured projects were delivered on time, on budget and to quality standards. Please provide a specific example.

11. SELECTION CRITERIA::
This role requires effective engagement with internal teams, contractors, government agencies and the community. Describe how you identify what information needs to be communicated, to whom and when, across a project lifecycle. Provide an example of how you managed stakeholder expectations or resolved an issue through effective communication and negotiation.

Capital works programs often involve competing priorities, tight deadlines and unforeseen issues. Describe a situation where you successfully delivered one or more projects under significant time or resource constraints. What strategies did you use to manage risks, maintain momentum, and ensure outcomes were achieved?
