- $73,789.06 per annum plus 12% superannuation

We currently have a permanent full-time vacancy within the Finance team for an Accounts Payable Officer. This role reports to the Accountant Payables and Revenue, and you will work collaboratively within a small team of accounts payable officers and contribute to an efficient, accurate and timely expedition of end-to-end processing of all payable functons, including:
- Processing, registering and distributing invoices.
- Reconcile creditor's accounts.
- Assist with the end of month processing activities.
- Assist with staff on procedures relating to purchasing and accounts payable.
- Provide excellent customer service.
About You
As our Accounts Payable Officer, you'll bring a professional and respectful nature to the role. Understanding the importance of working cooperatively will allow you to succeed within a small team. Your interpersonal skills will be key in ensuring you communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating a customer first culture. Your adaptability and patience will be key in ensuring transformation from intensive manual processes, to more automated and streamlined system approaches. To achieve this, you'll bring your keen attention to detail.
To be considered for this role you will be expected to meet the following criteria:
- Certificate IV in Accounting and/or a minimum of two (2) years' experience in a similar role.
- A proven ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders (internal and external).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Hold and maintain a Class C drivers licence.
- Ability to hold and maintain a National Police Records Check Clearance.
